yes white and purple wire connected everything is back to original. i tried the resistor by pass and didn't work. the security light stays blinking all the time.
any others by pass modules out there cause this baker electronic doesn't have a number to call? id like to have it ordered and here by Friday.

The flashing security lamp is the indication that the bypass resistor is not connected to the TDM. If you are unable to trace down the open circuit, you may not be able to install the VATS module either, since it involves some of the same skills.

You will have to use email to contact Baker Electronix. I do not know of other manufacturers.
