Its partly the cam.... that's what typically raises the kPa at idle above 50kPa. Is it a lot bigger than a CC306 or is it on a 108LSA or something? That in itself might be enough to cause the problem? Then something else could be pushing it above 68kPa at idle to set the code. Tuning problem, timing problem, valve adjustment, burned valve(s), misfires. What is the idle speed?

I didn't even read the sig. A lot of people I have noticted like to overtighten the valves with will cause all kinds of problems.

My cam is on a 110 and it is around 61kPa.

You need to PM who made the cam (Bret) and he can tell you what those cams kind of KPa readings those cams usually make at idle. He designed the cam, he knows best.

my car has the same problem, map is at 85-90 kpa running a 230/236-110 cam. it was fine until i installed new summit lifters, gmpp guideplates, pushrods and 1.6 pro mag rr's. i can't find any intake leaks, tried another map sensor and i'm at a loss.
at first i tried install just the new rockers, ran it and the map was fine but i had high knocks, pulled it apart to find a bad lifter, once i replaced the lifters, pushrods ect i had the high map....

What are you IAC counts? If they are too low (not around 30-40) that can cause a loss of vacuum. If this is the case, adjust the throttle stop screw to allow the blades to close down a little bit. What kind of timing are you running at idle? If you have the means to change this, try adding some timing. That's as long as all of the other angles have been covered (ie valve adjustment, leaks, IAC counts, etc.)

i got it, my intake gasket slipped into the lifter valley when putting it back together, should be good once i get some new gaskets!

i doubt i have a vacuum leak tho im going to set my valve adjustment later today and see if it helps my situation ill keep you guys updated
