A friend of mine drives a 96 Caprice with a hotcam, 4.10s, T56, stock exhaust manifolds, stock heads, and he gets like 25mpg highway with it. I think this combo netted him something like 14.1 @ 103, for reference. Most of the time he drives it like he stole it. City-wise, I think he says high teens. I'd think an f-body would be similar.

a 6 speed f body should get better than a caprice if nothing else because of weight. An auto will get significantly less than a 6 speed.

I get 16-17 city and 28 highway with my setup. A little less if I get aggressive.
