I just got mine in as well (jet-hot coated MAC's), we've probably been reading all of the same posts.

I'm just waiting on a free weekend to do the install. I'll be sure to give a full report when I'm done.

Good luck.

Congrats. They look great, and look great when installed too. You'll love the performance gain.

They are pretty now...wait about 6 months. I have had jet hot coated MACs on my car for a little over 2 years. The coating is good and hasnt lost its functionality but they have turned a dull gray and started to rust.

Those look great - where did you order them? I'm trying to order the same setup and jet-hot told me it would take three weeks because they don't stock them...

Re: just got my Mac's for Jet-Hot *pics inside*

96 P O -

It took Jet-Hot about three weeks to deliver mine. They have to order them directly from MAC, and then put the coating on them, and that seemed reasonable to me. I called them repeatedly to check on my order, and they were always very helpful and courteous, so they don't mind keeping you updated. Their facility that actually does the coating in in Mississippi, and they had to shut down during one of the hurricanes in the midst of my order, so it could be 2-2.5 weeks if everything goes smoothly.

If you're in a rush, you would probably have to go in another direction, but I had the the time to wait.
