Idle and Random Stall

Hey guys! I have a 1995 Camaro Z28, the thing is it is giving me a little bit of troubles. First off, the car will be idling perfectly fine and then it will just die randomly. It will do it sometimes if I turn the AC on, or put a random load on it. Honestly the car has not had a easy life, it sat 5 years in a impound yard and I just aquired the car. I have put a new Distributor, MSD Coil, Wires, Ac delco double platinum plugs, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, water pump, oil changed, idle air control valve, coolant temp sensor. Any ideas!!?? The car has also been previously Pro Charged and Nitrous run through it. Again the car hasnt had it easy.

Re: Idle and Random Stall

I say gummed up gas tank or fuel filter or both.Gas has ethanol in it and it separates and turns into gum.I just took my mower to the mower shop and they had to rebuild the carb and flush out everything.Do a search on utube and you can see the separation of gas and ethanol and the problems folks are facing with cars not driven much.Jay leno has a sight that explains this as well.Hope this helps.My02.

Re: Idle and Random Stall

At any point have you scanned it for codes, or checked the fuel pressure?
