Hole in radiator - running hotter?

i had a hole in the plastic part of my radiator, i patched it but its not totally airproof. Could this make my car run hotter by letting air into the system? note. im not losing coolant, radiator is full.

thanks

Coolant will boil sooner at a lower pressure. The system should be sealed and capable of the proper pressure so it can work efficiently.

With a hole in the system, it will try to draw in air when it cools down.
