Heated O2 Conversion

Heated O2 Conversion
Ok, I'm going to try to get the new O2's wired up today. But, I have a problem.
Using this page, you can see that my purple wire should match up with the purple wire on the new harness, and the black is the ground, and the red is the power.
But!!!! I ordered the O2's and Harness' from Jason Cromer, and when I got them I noticed that ALL of the wires are white!
So which side is up and which side is down?? I need an orientation of the plug as a starting point for the proper wire references. Can anyone come up with this. Easiest way would be to say whether the lockig tab is up or down and give the wire color order I would think.
TIA
Also, can I just run an in-line fuse and run to a switched terminal at the fuse box?? Or should I splice into something?
