I can't get my opti cap off

I can't get the cap off of my opti spark.I have a shallow e-4 star socket that fits on the exposed upper bolts, but it won't fit in the recessed holes in the cap.I need a deep e-4 socket but I can't find one anywhere I'm figuring on grinding the shallow socket down till it fits in the hole. But I just wondering what does everyone do to get these PIA bolts out or where do you get a deep socket? No luck at sears or autozone. Thanks

Here's what I did. I took one of the screws out of the top plate of the Throttle Body and put a pair of visegrips on it and turned the two of them out. Then I went and got new stainless steel bolts for the plate. You have to file down the head of the screw a bit to get it in the hole of the opti. Crude!!! but it Works!!! Good luck.
