Gentlemen, I am knew to the LT1 community but when I had injector issues on my 1992 Z-28, I used a 'NOID Light' to test the 5 vdc going to each injector. Will something like a NOID Light help here??? They very easy to make for like $5.00 from R.S.

Might help. But he's already pinned it down to cylinder #2 with the misfire code. He does not have any other codes, and an injector circuit problem would be setting a code. Swapping two injectors, and seeing if the misfire code follows the injector will identify a problem with the injector whether its electrical or mechanical.
The injectors are constantly supplied with 12V by the pink wire at each injector clip. The PCM supplies the ground to fire the injector. Pretty sure your 92 Z was the same.
