If you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left you can get to it easier. I had to use pliers to loosen mine, but i put it back on hand tight. It is on the passenger side and can be seen by just laying on the ground and looking at the bottom of the radiator.
If you flush it, be sure so flush where the thermostat goes, the overflow resivoir (this was the dirtiest, you will have to remove the hose connected to the radiator and let it hang down), and i let the host flwo through for about a half hour in the radiator.
If you haven't bypassed your TB yet i would do that too. You can get a kit on Ebay for $7. I noticed a huge difference with that and my Hypertech 160.
