Bet it is your battery----make sure all your connections are good and there is no corrosion on the cables. New battery doesn't make any difference if bad connections. You do have a "new" battery right? JMHO

Measure the voltage at the starter and have somebody turn the key. If the voltage stays 10-12v, the problem is the starter. If it drops way low, it is battery or connection. Unfortunately, it is not unusual to have a new battery fail.

Also your old weak battery could damage your starter

No corrosion at all (no visable way)
and it is fairly TIGHT!
I will try boost from friend (if any body have Boost Cable)

+1. With it just making a click sound, I'd bet the connections are loose or corroded somewhere. Also, it doesn't need to be green to be corroded. Take the battery cables off and scrape them (should see shiny metal) and reinstall them. If that doesn't work, check the connection at the starter as well.

So far all the Fuse turn out Good
I have hooked the Another Known Good Battery as a Jump Battery
No luck
Tomrrow I am going to check the Volts at starter
Now I need to know where is the Starter
where are the Wires I can check with it.
Also does any body knows how to change Starter in MN6 in 96TA?
if Starter is bad is it worth it to get LT4 Starter Mine is Just a Bolt on Car.
Thanks in advance

Well the Starter is on the bottom of the engine behind the right tire ... its not to bad to change out. The wire your looking for is the only fat wire ... check it on the stud if its good there (bat voltage not starting and drops more than 2 or 3 volts cranking ) then hit it with a hammer a couple times while someone tries to crank it. if it starts turning change it anyway. if volts drop realy low check the cable again it is likely the problem but if you still dont find loose connection or corroyion then wack the starter while someone trys to crank it. Again if it frees up and turns over the engine REPLACE the starter it WILL fail again and leave you stranded.

Here is what I have found out. I can buy Re-Manafacture one for STD price $70. He can't pull the Starter by Name LT4 Starter. He can pull it through car wise.
So if I want LT4 what car I can use. I am thinking 96 Corvette Special Edition ???
Help ???
