actually you can get your hooker system from advance auto parts for about 245 without tax. They ship it to the store(mine took 2 days), and they don't charge shipping. Just ask for the hooker catalog if they don't know what you're talking about. Also, its the same thing as the jegs one, comes with tips.
another thing.... the hooker system is aluminized but not stainless, so I've heard that it wont last as long as a stainless system(like magnaflow).

SLP LM is probably the best flow on the market other then a custom straight pipe setup. But it's very raspy. Next is probably the Hooker catback, sounds good even with ORP, not too raspy.
From experience, don't get teh Flowmaster unless u just want sound. I'm now running the SLP LM and it's loud, nasty sounding, and very raspy.

u said u dont want rust stay away from hooker.....but i can c if u dont drive ur car in rain now or any place where u can get it to rut faster than normal u should be able to prolong teh destruction of teh exhaust .....
since GMMG is too expenive for u id say magnaflow i next in sound category , SLP LM is rediculously raspy lol, i ve had it i know lol
