Dyno run: Low Torque?

Dyno run: Low Torque?
After 14 years of ownership I finally made it to the dyno with my 95 Z28 A4 with 145,000 miles. Applicable power mods are as follows; CC305 cam (220/230, .544/.544 114lsa), 1.6rr, MAC mid length headers, off road pipe, MAC catback, CAI, 2600 9in stall. Although my power was what I expected, a bit over 300rwhp, my torque under 4000 seems very low in comparison to every other dyno graph I've seen with similar cams and an auto trans. Is this normal? They did not have a wideband but I have one in my car for street tuning and the AFR was between 12.8 and 13.2 throughout the runs. Runs were made in 3rd gear from about 30mph. The lower 2 runs were with the half-gutted cat in place and the stock intake and paper filter put back in, just for fun.

Re: Dyno run: Low Torque?
Here is my cc306 with LE1 heads and longtube headers. This is on a Mustang Dyno, Dyno-jet numbers are usually higher. We ran the dyno-jet comparision and I laid down 405rwhp when recalculated with Dyno-jets equation.
sorry for the bad picture...only one I had handy
What kind of dyno was it?

Re: Dyno run: Low Torque?
It was a Dynojet. Your torque curve looks a bit more like mine which makes me feel better. Most that I see start out high and then go slightly downward as the rpm climbs. I was just concerned when the torque was climbing along with rpm since most seem to be flatter.

Re: Dyno run: Low Torque?
You're right. I have not had any complaints in the 10 years I've had that cam in, so I suppose there are no real issues....only the ones I've conjured up after looking at too many dyno charts. Thank you for the info.
