Hey guys, I just pulled my T56 today out of my wrecked '94, and found that the input shaft point that goes into the pilot bearing is broken, and the input shaft sleve seems to be bent. Otherwise, the input shaft spins fine in all the gears, and nothing seen knotchy.

I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to get an input shaft, maybe a T56 rebuild diagram, and some rebuild parts. Anyone know of the price of the input shaft? Thanks a lot guys.

search for viper t56 parts. my buddy had a problem after 478 rwhp he started shattering the input shafts and kept buying new gm ones till he got sick of it and got a viper input shaft and other parts had them cryoed and has not had a problem since

I have a PDF version of a t56 service manual. Tells all the specs, has diagrams and how to do whatever you wanna do.
