Accessory bracket bolts?

Accessory bracket bolts?
How important is the upper right bolt that threads into the head? I just put the accessory bracket up to my motor with brodix heads, and that threaded hole is missing? I have the 2 lower in the block and the other one in the head. I'm running the ac delete pulley if that matters, so a little less weight/stress on the bracket. At first I thought I had the passenger and drivers side heads on backwards, but the rear of the drivers head looks to be the same. I guess if I really need it, I could drill/tap the head for that bolt, but I really don't fell comfortable doing that. This build is just one complication after another.

Re: Accessory bracket bolts?
I have a modified stock acc bracket that relocates the alternator down low. The guy I bought from removed that top right "horn" for the stock alternator mounting along with the hole in question - haven't had an issue yet. But the weight of the alternator isn't up top anymore either so I don't know if that would make a difference.

Re: Accessory bracket bolts?
Just for informational purposes the bolts that thread into the bracket for the AC are M10 1.50 and I'm pretty the bolts into the head/block are too. I saw the PS bolt size was listed, figured it'd be good to know.

The bolts into the heads and block are 3/8-16. Virtually nothing going into the heads or block are metric.

Ah, then just the A/C mounting ones are M10 then. Not sure if you already have the info, but I have a bolt gauge and all the bolts to my motor lying around, just a thought.

Re: Accessory bracket bolts?
I ended up welding a tab to the accessory bracket that lines up with one of the existing threaded holes in the head and all it solid now. Here are some pics for any future reference.
