Accel Injectors?

Re: Accel Injectors?
Reports of long crank times seem common with these and I could not quite get the tuning down for them, I would suggest the much better known tuning setup SVOs or the LS1 injectors. With any non-stock injector a new tune is highly recommended so you might as well stet up a size so you never have to buy bigger ones down the road.
Aslo don't buy into the aftermarkets push that new injectors are a performance mod, there are two reasons to replace injectors one is they are failing and two is you are putting out more power than they can fuel(or plan to do so). The stock injectors should be good to 400hp or so. From your mods list I will say you are nowhere near taxing their fuel delivery limits so only bother spending the money if the stockers are going bad.

Re: Accel Injectors?
Thanks guys,
I ordered the accel injectors, as mine ARE failing. (well one or two of them anyways) . This current engine will never see more than 400hp, so I should be all set with the 26#ers... I thought about the SVO's but no one could give me a ford p/n, and i'm not sure I want ford parts on my engine anyways .
