96 Formula with a no start problem

Was at the local auto-x today, pulled my car up into the line, when it was my turn went to start it, and nothing happens. You turn the key to the on postion, and all warning dash lights come on and stay on like when you go to start it, except the security light. It keeps blinking the whole time, turn the key to start it, and nothing happens, starter doesnt engage or anything. Bypassed the clutch saftey switch, no go. Ignition switch? Ive had one in the 95 go out, but it wouldnt do ANYTHING when the key switch was turned to the on position, but I could hit on the dash a bit or wiggle a wire to it and it would start. Any clues?

If your security light is on then its a VATS problem. You either need to clean the "chip" in the ignition key its actually a resistor but most people refer to it as a computer chip or get a new key.

Forgot to mention I can hear the fuel pump prime up. Sorta doesnt sound like a VATS problem does it now?
