I've been working on launching my car to put down some good numbers before I start adding boltons just to see where my car will be progressing from and it bogs down on any launch below 2500 or so. Aside from that i have great power and great response throughout every gear in WOT. I have new tr55s and plug wires to go on tomorrow. What else could cause this?

You know, the fbody is a relatively heavy car and launching with a manual transmission isn't easy. With my setup, I've found I have to feather the clutch out at about 2800 rpm to balance between wheelspin and bogging down. That launch rpm changes with the tires I chose....I use Nitto DR's but have used Yokohama's for some stupid reason.

I'm basically saying the response from your car is about what I'd expect from a stock F with a manual.....

My new plugs seemed to help tremendously. It had ac delcos on it and the electrodes were completely gone. I'm surprised it's been running as well as it has. Gap was over. 065 on most of them
