95 camaro lt1 low idle problems
My 1995 camaro z28 runs fine until about 10 mins of driving when it reaches normal operating temperature it starts bogging and hesitating at idle and low rpm driving. The car runs fine during high rpm or if I would try to race it but slowly pulling out it starts it again. I cleaned MAF, changed the coil, plugs and wires, distributor, and someone told me to change the header and exhaust manifold donut gaskets and they have also been changed. I would really appreciate the help if someone can give me some help.

Do you have access to a scanner? My car has a rough idle and we scanned it and we saw IAC, idle air control, was all wacky. We found some the wiring had exposed, so we electrical taped it up and its better now. Still not 100% better, as the sensor needs to be cleaned, but much better.
Has it been getting worse lately or did you do something to your car and it started acting up after whatever you did?

I haven't cleaned the IAC sensor but it has been like that ever since I bought the car and I haven't been able to figure it out... I have paid for 3 scanners to read my car but no luck because the scanners don't read my model or refund my money so I stopped looking for scanners and tried asking for help.

Yeah, I think that could be a fuse problem why a scanner won't read your computer. I had that happen on my 96 Formula. Look into that some more on here.
Unless you get a correct scan, you will be blindly shooting in the dark trying to figure out what is going on. Locate the IAC sensor and look at the wiring. If its good, try disconnecting it and seeing if the idle changes any. If you don't know it's location, its on the passenger side of the throttlebody, below the TPS sensor, thats the top sensor on the passenger side of the throttlebody.

Re: 95 camaro lt1 low idle problems
Your problem is you have a 95, with the OBD-II style 16-pin ALDL connector, and an OBD-I PCM. Are you buying OBD-I scanners, with the correct adapter plug, or are you trying to use an OBD-II scanner? OBD-I scanners don't need a power supply from the ALDL connector, so its not a fuse.

Have you checked the O2 sensors?
Have you checked the coolant temp sensor reading?
The IAC is not a "sensor". Its an "actuator" - a small stepper motor with a pintle that opens and closes to regulate the amount of idle air. It gets a commend from the PCM on what position to take, and the PCM moves the pintle to hold the correct idle speed.
