93-97 LT1 change?? help pls!

93-97 LT1 change?? help pls!
Hello!
I have a crashed 97 Z28 M6, and I would like to replace this engine/trans complete (with wires and computer etc) to my 93 TransAm LT1 A4. The mechanical work is ok, but can I connect the PCM cables to the TransAm and will it work well, or what can I do?
An other idea: I change the long block (383) and the trans only from the 97, I hold the 93's original computer with fuel rails etc (it will get a tuning chip, BUT how can I replace the A4 to M6 in the computer and cable side?
What can I do? Help me please!
