I'm using the mellings stock replacement with the supplied hp spring. The windage tray I'm using is the Milodon Diamond stripper, using their stud kit.

The acual only clearancing I had to to was so the pan could clear the long windage tray studs, The tray is adjustable with nits so you can raise or lower it to miss the crank and rods.

I don't have any IM capability (at work and lo tek at home...lol).

Anyway , yeah they still have that Oil pump package with the shaft (pinned), welded on pick-up and moujnting stud for the pump, if I remember right its about 60 with their pseudo shipping charge. The tray is another 75 $ and the stud kit is 45 $ if I remember right.

Yeah minor clearancing will fit over the crank and into the pan.

Yep, Thats it. I used the high pressure spring they send with it and my oil pressure is at least 40 all the time and goes up close to 70 under throttle

I believe the stock replacement with the high pressure spring it the melling M55A, also known as the Z28 pump. If running a stock size pan, this is the one you want. Let me know if im wrong.

Yep allways do that, the best way I have found to do it is place a peice of clay on the bottom edge of the pick-up and install the pan with gasket, then remove and measure, I like 3/8s of an inch between the bootm of the pick-up and the pan, the pickup can be easily bent into proper place.

The Summit Kit comes with the mellings stock replacement pump (M55) and an extra spring for higher pressure,a steel pinned sleeved drive shaft, mounting stud, nut and washer.
