I've got subframe connectors. Would have some lower control arms, but ran into a money situation.
All these parts will help with cornering/traction/tightening up the car.
BMR is good, Global West is good, Spohn is good, DMS is good, Hotchkiss is good. I'd go with any of those, I'm kinda partial to BMR myself cause their main shop is 35 mins away from me.

Its another name for them.
BMR- Best price good quality (most of my stuff is BMR)
Global West- Pricey but very good parts
Hotchkis- decent price good quality
Spohn- good price great quality (my pick, they didnt have much besides a torque arm when I bought parts)
DMS- No clue

Here is what i did at Speed inc. (www.ls1speed.com)
I went in and they have awsome prices but you live far from them I took my car stock with 40,000 miles on it,
I left with a front strut tower bar, and welded on subframe connectors. those I think are critical and really is all you need because it makes the car stiff when your taking turns and at high speeds when air resistance makes your car feel like a boat its more stable.
Now my new porblem is over time i guess the factory panhard bar starts to suck, so i am going to get an aftermarket panhard bar to fix the rear right side from leaning so much. Its bothering me. Sway bars on stock camaro's and Trans Am's are thick enough so you won't notice much by upgrading them.
As far as parts go I stick with BMR, they seem so far to have everything for our cars and they make everything as far as mods go for suspension for F-bodies. hope this helps.
Later,
Chris

I am going spohn with all my suspension. I have the LCA's and the torque arm. Very happy with them. The spohn torque arm is very nice. Only one I find with a DS loop and replaces the transmission crossmember.
Good Luck

A proven, inexpensive suspension is:
Bilstien HD shocks
1LE front springs
stock rear springs
1LE front sway bar
stock rear bar
1LE LCA's (or aftermarket with rod ends, poly/poly bad)
2 point, weld-on tubular subframe connectors (I have and like the Wolfe Racecraft).
If you want to go lower you can substitute the springs, but this will probably require you to evaluate your shock choice and sway bar choice and require relocation brackets. Bigger bars are stiffer springs are not always better for handling.
The STB does little to nothing for your car (except add weight and lighten your wallet) since the *shocks* on our cars are not a loaded member, and the A-arm mounts are nowhere near the shock.
Finally, tires will do more for handling than anything you can bolt to your car, and will reduce lap times more than anything but experience and seat time. I use the Nitto 555RII's for daily driver tires and love them.
