Shift pressure

I have a performance tune install in my 2000 ss camaro, I can adjust the shift [AUTO ] pressure firmness but don't know witch way to go more or less and do you do all 4 gear

I don't think you should mess with it, but...

You can increase shift firmness by lowering the numbers in the force motor current vs. temp vs. % throttle position, but you probably should only adjust the ones warmer than 20 deg C and keep in mind that you do not need it banging parts when you are just driving around, so less correction when you are not in the throttle as much.
