Seaform Treatment Good or Bad? e3 plugs?
Im new to this site and love it. I am seeing allot about "seaform" treatment and I am wondering what this is and if its good or bad because I have heard both ways. Also has anyone tried using e3 spark plugs on ur Ls1's if so what were the results

First off, I would like to say welcome to the forum. I have an LT1 but I've used seafoam a couple of times and my car has responded very well to it, idled stronger, ran smoother. My buddy used it on his LS1 SS and it worked fine for him, I say give it a shot.

Seafoam comes in a white container, it's a clear liquid that can be used in the fuel system, crankcase and intake. The most popular is the intake, i've been using it for a few years and i'm happy with the results. There's plenty of videos on youtube if you want to see how it's used, be prepared for a smoke show The only sparkplugs we all recommend using are the NGK TR55, never heard of an e3 plug.

As far as plugs go, the NGK TR55 work well, but for a car that's going to get some miles I'd recommend the Delco Iridium plugs. I used to run the NGKs but now use the Delcos, the NGKs just don't last long enough to deal with the hassle of doing plugs on an LS1 IMO.

Thanks for Info, after reading the sea-foam posts I think ill stay away from it. It may work but it seems a high risk.
Also on the plugs too. This is my first Ls1 im used to old school 350's and 454's where the plugs are so easy. This one is a challenge and def wanna get the longer lasting ones.

If you can do plugs on a BB, the LS1 should be easy.
