LS1 Edit

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to kook their LS1 Edit to my SS and delete whatever is necessary so that I dont have to buy 02 simms. I just installed SLP Longtubes and would rather have LS1 Edit take care of the issue internally rather that buying 02 simms. I would gladly compensate for their trouble. TIA guys

LS1 edit is only good for 1 vin....unless someone has an unlimited vin hook up for LS1 edit...but that's usually a dyno shop. I think A-tap can delete codes..or some codes...it was done on my Z a couple of days ago...I had a misfire code for bad gas..it worked.

Ya, only shops will have the unlimited version of LS1Edit. Not many people are gonna wanna pay the $2,500 - $4,000 for unlimited PCM's, heh. I'd just buy the O2 sims. They aren't that expensive.

LS1 Edit can be bought from carputing.com only, $550.

You have to have the cable to be able to do anything, i could email you the program but it won't do you any good.

Autotap/EFI Live will display codes and delete them, but will not cause the pcm to "ignore" them like ls1 edit will.

I have no cats and no simms, i also have no SES light, but when i autotap the car the code is there, the pcm just ignores it.

Thx for all the imput guys, i appreciate it.....looks like the cheapest route for me right now is just to get some 02 simms and front 02 extensions. Ill keep you posted on the results once i get them.
