I kind of messed up when installing my friend's hypertech into my Z, and cannot get it back to stock. I unplugged it (i know, I know, I am stupid for that). The screen shows "flash memory corrupt" then "power programer must be reset". What do i do?!?! Please help!!!

Doesn't sound good, I would try taking battery out for a few minutes and see if that fixes the problem. If not, then u might have to send it in so they can fix it..

did you uninstall it from your friends car first??? you can only use it on one vehicle at a time and it only works on one year so if your friend has a 99 and yours is a 00 then it won't work...i learned this the hard way cause i got screwwed after i bought one off of eBay and the guy said it was for a 94-up S-10 but it's different from year to year and the guy never unistalled it from his truck

Sounds bad, you might end up having to reflash your PCM.

What do you need to"install"?

Don't you just plug it into the port below your steering wheel?
