Question G2 Strurt Tower Brace

I'm thinking of getting the strut tower brace from fasttoys.net and had a few questions.

1) Are they worth getting? How much of a pain are they to install (do you have to jack up the car)?

2) The description says:

"Cars with traction control must use 2 or 4 point brace. LS1 cars must use 3 point brace."

What if you have an LS1 w/ ASR?

Thanks.

BMR and Hotckins seems to be the best brands out there. BMR for the price, you cant beat....
