Post McLeod street twin clutch Q - help!!

Do u guys with the street twin have to push the pedal really fasr to get the clutch to disengauge?? I cant get mine to release even with the master cylinder rod all the way short or long!!!! Any solutions to this would be helpful. My car is in the lot at the tranny shop and they are getting angry. Thanks in advance!!!!
