First issue- where is the location for the battery ground straps.
2nd- Put driveshaft back in and when in park the wheels still turn?
even if I manually stick it in park withouth linkage hooked up.
3rd. Anyone have a good procedure for crank pulley bolt installation.

Is this a direct replacement of an LS1 engine in an LS1 chassis, or is this a swap into another year 4th Gen? Your previous posts have referenced a 95 Z28.

You really need a "Signature".

This is for a 99 trans am I bought. Car had spun rod bearing.
-took ls1w/ rebuilt 4l60 4000 stall, out
-installed another ls1 in its place
- Biggest problem- Why does the trans freewheel when in park, in any gear for that matter.- There is no battery hooked up at this point either(didn't know if that would be a case)
-I drove the car in the shop and parked it before removal and install. Supposeviely it had been rebuilt.
