Re: bent pushrod on #4 cyl
All you do is take off the roller rocker.
Remove old pushrod. Inspect and figure out why it bent.
fix issue accordingly.
Replace pushrod and roller rocker. tighten the poly lock up a little
Then start the motor and tighten the poly lock til the rocker is set.

Re: bent pushrod on #4 cyl
well if you if your going to set the preset of the rocker while running then you gotta do it with the valve cover off. you can set them with the motor off too, and thats when you gotta rotate the motor n what not like you were referring to

Poly locks? Silly LT1 guys
Remove the valve cover. Remove the rocker arm. Replace the pushrod. Install rocker arm, torque bolt to 22lb/ft (this additional step is not necessary, but feel free to rotate engine over 1 turn, and retorque rocker arm). This valvetrain is not adjustable, so there is no preload to set, or locks to deal with. Reinstall valve cover. Start it up and hope you didn't bend the valve. Then, learn how to drive better
