2002 camaro ls1 sputtering??????
2002 camaro z28 m6 93,000 miles
The car has long tubes, NO cats and normal exhaust.Ii noticed the O2 sensor wires are cut on the driverside, passenger side is fine. has NO ENIGINE LIGHT ON and they all work and turn on during start up then go off like normal.
so heres the deal,,,,,,,
while cruising around at low RPMs it starts to sputter and bog. if you floor it, it runs great (like a bat out of hell) and NO engine lights ever come on. could it be the O2 sensor? even if no codes show up? or a TPS?
PLEASE HELP!!
THANKS

Re: 2002 camaro ls1 sputtering??????
yes the car had a exhaust leak at the manifold it was really bad but I fix that now, it has not done it since, but there is also an o 2 sensor wire that was cut and it still exposed but I think the car has been tuned because it has no cats and there is no check engine light. it seems to only do it when it was wet out or after I got done spraying the car off.
