I bought the projector conversion headlight for my 1994 Trans Am, which has both high & low beam in the same housing (4"x6") only 2 total headlights. On the 1998 & newer Firebirds, they went to Quad headlights 4 total headlights. I don't believe they make the conversion headlight for your car. See this site for sizes: www.streetbeatcustoms.com/rectangle.html
I also went to the Sylvania web site, they don't make the Silverstars for the 1998 - 2002 Firebirds, but they do for the 1993 - 1997 Firebirds. For anyone interested I was in Pep Boys today & they also carry the Sylvania Silverstars.

Projectors only have light come out in that small cirlce or what? If i planned a HID upgrade which would be best? Projector?

Finally installed them, the entire 4x6 housing illuminates, but in the center there is a "round projector" or magnifyer that sends the light further down the road at the center.

A 94 Camaro is much smaller than 4x6. I haven't seen any conversion kits for the smaller lights of the 93-97 Camaros.

Frank89Iroc, why have you not posted pics of your 4x6 diamondback projector lighting system ? Did you use the Bi-Xenon H4 to get the high and low beam in the same bulb ?

Re: We Need New Lt1 Healights

If you want to go all out, you can just swap front ends with a 98+...

Frank89Iroc:

What bulbs did you use to retain both the high and low beam functions??

Did this conversion kit come with a new harness to hook up the bulb or does the bulb plug right into the factory harness?? How did you wire it in if the harness had to be changed?

Yes you must use new light plugs like in this link, that will fit H4 or 9003 bulbs

just cut off old plugs & splice the new ones on.
