As much as one person is willing to pay. Mods don't add the value most people think they do- be lucky to get 25% of the original investment out of them.
The market also varies depending on location as well- up north finding a clean car is tough so they can command a little higher price.
The early 4th gens are starting to bottom out around 3k for a decent car anymore. Check KBB and you local ads and see what people are asking and price accordingly.
