turn signal fuse

ok this is driving me nuts....I have a 1995 Z28 with a 6 spd, and for some reason my turn signal fuse keeps blowing. I have torn apart the interor and searched the car top to bottom and I have either sealed up or re connected any wires that were cut, there were a couple under the console, and my reverse lockout wires were cut for some unknown reason, but I have concluded that there are no other wires that I can see that could be grounding out somewhere. The only electrical mods on the car are, I have removed the air pump and cut the plug off and sealed the wires, I removed the egr and I cut the vaccum sensor plug off and sealed the wires. I usually try to find the problem myself, but Ive been trying and trying and no luck, anyone got any ideas, Im not excited about chasing wires, could the turn signal relay cause this??
