tunercat free trial reinstall
hey i got the free trial of tunercat, like 2 months ago.
I did all I needed to do with it but now that its gotten a lot warmer i want to lower my fan on temps. I tried uninstalling it using add/remove programs, and I deleted the registry entries, but when i reinstall it, it still says my trial is over. Is there a way to do get it to work again just so i can fix this.

Re: tunercat free trial reinstall
No, but you could install it on another pc. I used to use a trial program on a second pc. When the trial was up, I would clear the drive and reinstall the operating system system with a recovery disc, then reinstall the trial program. Used it for years that way.

I had this same problem running out of the trial version, the fact that I thought I still needed to pay for a tuner program for my car was kind of crappy considering how old are cars are luckily I found a way to do it for free. What you need to do is get these 2 programs, EE HACK and Tuner Pro RT (free version of course) just google EE HACK LT1 go to there site fbodytech and this is where you get EE HACK but you also need to get the definition file from there site also which is also free its another tab labeled EEX definition, once you get both programs and the definition file you use EE HACK to FLASH/READ/WRITE your pcms file info you save it as a bin then you use Tuner Pro RT to tune your file along with the definition file after your done you then re use EE HACK to flash/write it back to your pcm there you go completely free with no expiration.
