transmission woes 95 z28

so im pretty new to this forum but not so much on working on cars, but ive never been especially good at transmission work, so im throwing in the towel and asking for help, so the trans slips in first and second, and when it goes to shift from first to second it shudders and vibrates the whole car, however once it gets into third, it shifts fine into fourth and doesnt slip, i got a tech 2 on the car and managed to look at something under the transmission parameters that it had learned above 44% of tps sensed throttle it sent 0 line pressure, so is this a valve body issue? ive already dropped the pan and the magnet was caked in metal, and the fluid was so burnt it practically filled the shop with the smell, im assuming its damaging internal transmission parts so im trying to drive as minimal as possible (but my truck, a dodge, is having other tranny issues and doesnt even move)
