T-Top seal replacement?

T-Top seal replacement?
My 97 has developed a leak at the corners on both doors. The weather stripping seems to be in good condition it still fairly soft, but has some gaps. My question would be are there any weep hole that get filled up with dirt that might be causing it to leak or how hard is it to replace? Thanks.
