got the ICM tested and it came back as good, getting 41-45 on the fuel pressure test

You would be surprised how many people have come here with the same problem you have, sworn they did the install correctly, only to find out later it was not installed correctly.

i found out the icm tested good but was actually bad, so i replaced it and it starts up fine thanks guys!!
