Shift Indicator Light Replacement?

It appears that my shift indicator light has been dead since I bought the car and I never noticed. How do I know what kind of new bulb to get and where? By what kind, I mean size and such. I couldn't find it in any of my service books or manuals. I'm also having a bit of trouble removing the old bulb.

Mine doesn't. And now I've broke the bulb trying to get it out. I'm f***ed. Can I still get this thing out? It was pretty dumb of me to think I could just twist or yank it out .

uhh, a #74 should just pull out, if you broke it, try using a pick or similar to get the rest of it out, make sure the lights are off so you don't blow the fuse

I can't say what will or will not fit, but I've found cheap LED bulbs over at superbrightleds.com. Check them out.

Re: Shift Indicator Light Replacement?

Sorry to bring up an old thread but, I got 74's, not colored unfortunately, but no light comes on. So I must have blown a fuse or have some bad wiring, what do I do? Where can I get replacement wiring?
