Re: Seafoamed the car *video*

I almost bought some a week ago, but it sounds like you can really mess things up especially when I see some people say let the car stall and others saying not to. Too scary for me...

i was nervous about it too - i had dad in car ready to kill engine cause i didnt want her to stall - also hear people saying how u have to pour it in but allow air to get in as well - i had no problem - just held the hose near the opening of can and tilted a bit and she was literally sucking it right out of can then when i got near the halfway mark i tilted it more so it would suck a bit faster than had my dad shut car off-

made me nervous cause car kept running for about 2 seconds after he took key out then heard her stall-

but on 2nd try to start her 25 min she turned over and after a quick rev or two ran perfect-

right now car seems to be running much smoother and idling about 100 rpms lower- next week ill change the oil and fuel filters and see what comes out

I would only do this just before replacing O2 sensors. You know that the gunk has to go into the exhaust and the sensors are going to be coated with it. Some people have had issues after doing the Seafoam and had to replace the O2s.
