Window problem

No, not the motor. The driver's side window is acting funny. When it's rolled down, it sounds as if it is binding towards the rear of the door. Something also seems to cause the door panel to bulge out slightly. When it is rolled back up, sometimes, it doesn't go into the track at the front of the window, by the mirror. I have to give it a nudge to get it into the channel. I took the door panel off and looked inside the door, but didn't see anything that looked suspicious, but that could be due to not knowing what to look for. Car is a '96 Formula, power windows.

I'd say part of the window channel is broken. Same thing was wrong with mine, and one of the rollers broke off the channel.

I use white lithium grease to lube the channel and other components of the regulator. It will help make the glass move up and down smoothly.
