Rear sway bar strong enough for jackstands?

I'm trying to find somewhere to put jackstands near the rear of the car, and I'm having trouble finding a good place.

I jack it up by the rear end pumpkin, but the jackstands are a little to wide to fit between all the stuff in the way of the rear axle.

The rear sway bar is of course, really easy to put jackstands under, so I was wondering if it would be strong enough with a jackstand on both sides? (Stock rear sway bar on a 94' Trans Am)

Thanks.

i've typically put it under the bracket for the sway bars, either that or the rear of the LCAs

or depending on where you jack it up, ahead of the axle on the jack point

Don't put them under the sway bar, next to the LCA brackets there is enough space to get the stands under.
