Question Power Steering Fluid Overflow

When I was changing my oil yesterday I noticed that my power steering fluid reservoir has fluid seeping out from under the cap, and every time I open it, it's under mild pressure, kind of like a soda bottle.

The fluid level was down, and I bought some Prestone fluid with Stop Leak! and the level is back to normal, but it still seems to be coming out from under the cap.

Is something wrong with my power steering system? The car steers fine and doesn't make any noise whatsoever.
