Power steering always hard?

Power steering always hard?
Okay I already flushed and blessed my system and its still not easy enough to turn with one hand. I don't remember it being like this back in the day when a buddy of mine had one. Could it be my power steering pump is wearing out? 126k on motor
94 z28 A4 - High flow cat/Y, Flowmaster, Moroso CAI, 1le elbow, MSD wires, line lock, BMR adj tq arm/LCA's/panhard bar,SLP weld in sfc's, Bilstien hd's, Vigilante 3300 stall and shift kit.
