As promised:
Jason Cromer is still there and the prices were ICM = $98, TPS = $40. Not in stock but should ship next week.
I did also call the NewGMParts.com phone number and their prices were ~ 10% higher.
While looking at the coil, etc I realized that about 16" of wire would allow me to mount the ICM and it's heat sink on the radiator bulkhead which I did. I left the coil where it is to retain the stock wire to the opti length.
