Overheat!

Ok so I just bought a 1996 lt1 Camaro with 107xxx It had been sitting for 3 years and the old lady I bought it from told me that she had just had the heads done and parked so I payed 1500$ for it changed the trans fluid gasket the oil water pump gasket and water pump censor bled all the lines and the thermostat (new therm too btw) and its still over heating and there is no heat and the electric fans kicked on when I first changed the pump but aren't now idk what the deal is any advice would be grate before I just rip it out and rebuilt it out of anger!
