odd problems

Strange things are going on with my car. The tach and speedo flop around like fish out of water when accelerating. I had to pulle the relay for abs/asr becaue in the middle of Gatlinburg, TN in bumber to bumper traffic the car would decide to knock your foot off the break almost causeing you to hit the car in front of you.
But: it seems like lo trac wants to work with the relay taken out. There is a certin spot in third where tire will chirp and lo trac light come on according to tach this is around 4300rpm feels just like fuel shut off. Anybody got any ideas, comments, outburst, cuss words. Things I have done, new clutch and pp so its not slipping, checked the grounds on car. But what would cause speedo and tach? Thanks for the help

I had a similar problem with my 92 chev p/u. It turns out it was the pos battery cable grounding out on the exhaust manifold. Maybe something to check out.

I'd have that whole computer system checked out if it's that bad.
