Need QUICK help, overheating!

So my car is overheating, BAD. The needle can't go anymore to the right. I dont have experience in these things, because usually by taking care of my car I avoid this stuff. I checked the oil, and it was ok ... I checked the coolant, and it was ok. I could hear bubbling from under the radiator cap. I dont know what else it could be, but I have to get to work in the morning so I need some help quick.
Thanks everyone!

is there any leaking coming from anywhere?
if the radiator is bubling it sounds like your thermostat is bad and not circulating the coolant through the engine.
when you put coolant in make sure you put it in the radiator and the resevoir or you will create an air pocket and get more of that bubbly sound and it wont flow through.
oh yeah make sure you go 50/50 collant water

I hate to say it, but if the needle can't go anymore to the right then your engine is runny veeeeeery hot. And alluminum heads don't like that too much. Hopfully it didin't cause any damage.
