need help rollcage
I have a 96 camaro z28 convertible.
I want to put a 4-point rollcage in it.
I've looked them up is there a difference from a hardtop one or a convertible one?
Because a hardtop one is about 200 dollars then for a convertible one its about 500 dollars.
I wanted to know if there was a difference or something, if i could use the hardtop one in my convertible?

Re: need help rollcage
A 4 point bar isn't a "roll cage", it's a roll bar, and not NHRA legal. NHRA require a "5 point" bar, including a side bar on at least the driver's side. The shape is different for the convertible and coupe rooflines.
This is an NHRA legal roll cage in a 4th Gen convertible:
