ls1 and lt1 ujoint difference?

Is there a difference in ujoints between lt1s and ls1? My car (in sig) has, what I was told, a ls1 alum driveshaft. When I had my gears installed I got new u joints. At that time I didn't know it had a different driveshaft so I got ones for a 95. The guy who done the install couldn't get them to fit. He had to install another set from, IIRC, a 3rd gen but these still aren't right. I'm getting bad vibrations at highway speeds. I checked napa and advance and they list the cars using the same ujoints.

The u-joints are the same from 82-02. The only exception would be is if your rear-axle was swapped to a 9", 12-bolt, or s60. They are 1320's I believe.
